Betts is Blowing Bubbles [Episode #251]
At first I interpreted the year on this card as “1945”, but upon closer inspection we’re pretty sure that the date is actually April 7th, 1925. Which means that this Lonely Daddy/Dear Little Bells postcard from Milano, Italy was composed and posted exactly 92 years ago today to predate the “What This Baby Is Doing” story from Enjoying Postcards Episode #46 by several months.

Powder Point Bridge [Episode #243]
Duxbury Beach is a beach in the town of Duxbury, Massachusetts. It is six miles long and is accessed by the Powder Point Bridge from Duxbury, or Gurnet Road from Marshfield. Four of the six miles of coastal beach are owned by the "Duxbury Beach Preservation Society," which leases the beach out to the town of Duxbury on a yearly basis, under the circumstances that the town of Duxbury provides Harbormasters to police the area. And for a blast from the past, I did some double-checking and discovered that this card was indeed to the same Miss Temple of Halifax, Nova Scotia as Enjoying Postcards Episode #29! Here's the link!
